Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Nimbus Tackle platform, you're agreeing to be bound by these legal protocols. Our mission is to provide the most precise tackle and meteorology data available. Do you agree that your use of this equipment follows local maritime and environmental regulations? We certainly hope so.
These terms represent a legally binding contract between our headquarters and you, the field operator. If you don't agree with any part of these systems, please disconnect from our shop immediately.
Usage Rights
Our proprietary meteorological data and gear designs are for authorized personal use only. Commercial exploitation of our telemetry is restricted.
Transactions
Deployment of orders begins once credit authorization is established. All transactions are processed through secure 256-bit encrypted channels.
Logistics
Shipping timelines are estimates influenced by global weather patterns. We strive for delivery within 72 hours of system verification.
Precision Liability & Operational Limits
While our meteorology gear is tested to extreme specifications, we're not liable for the unpredictability of the Atlantic. Angling is inherently subject to environmental variables. We maintain that Nimbus Tackle equipment is a tool, but the ultimate judgment call remains with the captain on deck. Why take risks with inferior systems? We've engineered every lure and rod to withstand the 1% of conditions most gear fails in.
Quality Assurance & Returns
We've spent over 14 years perfecting our manufacturing tolerances. If a piece of equipment fails to meet our "Mission Ready" standard, you'll have 30 days to initiate a return through our Command Center.
Please note that used bait and custom-rigged lines are non-returnable for safety and environmental reasons. We think that's fair, wouldn't you?
